Ube's unique handstyle reflects the beautiful paint he produces on bicycles. His sketches are like the icing on the cake. I would love to peep your full sketchbook Ube!
"Ube's icecream shop derives from my particular style of custom paintings. Using multiple layering effects to generate color effects that have an iridescent appearance (changing colors within the paint). Whenever I get a chance I'll add metallic flake or pearl within the paint and the clear coat to add to the multidimensional look of the object. With any color palette I am presented with (from the client) - will present various techniques and layering styles to bring the initial color to another level. You won't only stand apart from others but people will acknowledge your sense of taste. Creating that new flavor for each client is the best part of the job." -Ube's Icecream Shop

Last Saturday was the 60th anniversary of the Little 500! Looks like a wet race day! Gotta love racing in sneakers and platforms! The Cutters appropriately won the men's race and Team Teter took the woman's. Check out all the great photos by Danielle Kay on her Flickr.

Bruno Gallager's Benotto Illustrations hit a soft spot in my heart. Great work Bruno! Check out his Flickr HERE.

Diggin Andrew Hauge's illustrations he did for Outlier's Pivot Sleeve Shirt!

The best thing about hosting the Olympics is getting a brand new velodrome! The London 2012 Olympic committee tease the world with these great shots of work in progress! See More HERE

As you can see here, the Mission Workshop Vandal backpack can easily hold wheel boxes with it's ultra-expando closing strap. Much to the disbelief of your average Postal employee.

Our friend Stratton over at Keirin Culture in Roanoke, VA recently dropped this custom CNC'd drillium chainring on us. More info soon on these.
